 3362 ALPINE Owner's Manual by Frederic Corneil;
Very clear scan, I recommend it. Definitely a must have for any 3362 owner. Alpine could have written a slightly more complete manual, though. It's already pretty huge, but the unit has so many functions, I feel some more explanation would have been better. Yamaha's manual of their comparable YDSP-1 is a little better in my opinion.

Correct manual received and of good quality but the contents of the file for the Service Manual for the same monitor is for a 20" TV not the RGB Monitor.

Ovnene
hovedret – dessert, så længe de kræver nogenlunde samme ovntemperatur. Ved bagning reduceres den totale bagetid, f.eks. når der bages to plader med boller samtidig. Der spares tid, men farven på bollerne bliver ikke så jævn som ved over/undervarme. De perforerede proffplader er til gærbrød uden fyld. Der skal ikke benyttes bagepapir. Brug papirforme, hvis der er fyld i dejen. Fyldet vil ellers ødelægge pladen og dryppe ned på ovnens bund. Med tiden vil pladerne få en vis patina. Dybfrost optøs bedst ved laveste ovnvarme 40°C, Hvis maden skal opvarmes anbefales 200°C. Brug stegetermometeret, når maden er optøet, ca 70°C er normalt passende til færdig tilberedt mad, for at give en spisevenlig temperatur.

Anvendelse af stegetermometeret
Pas pÃ¥ at De ikke brænder Dem pÃ¥ det øverste varmelegeme og ribberne ved tilslutning af stegetermometeret. Brug grillhandske eller grydelap ved tilslutning. Termometeret “arbejder” indenfor temperaturomrÃ¥det 30 och 99°C. Inden der tændes for ovnen fjernes dækproppen, som beskytter termometerudtaget mod snavs. • NÃ¥r stegetermometeret er tilsluttet lyser displayet. i

• Hvis symbolet ses, er der valgt en funktion, hvor termometeret ikke kan anvendes. Anvend kun det originale stegetermometer og sorg for, at ingen del af termometeret kommer i kontakt med loftelementet. For at opnå det bedste resultat, skal spidsen af stegetermometeret være midt i den tykkeste del af stegen, der hvor varmen kommer sidst. Da ovnvarmen påvirker termometeret, skal hele termometerrøret være inde i kødet. Termometeret kan vise forkert, hvis det støder mod fedt eller knogler. Sæt stegen ind i den nederste del af ovnen. Når den ønskede kødtemperatur er nået, tages stegen ud, og hviler i ca 15 minutter uden tildækning. Kødet er derefter lettere at tranchere (skære for) og mindre kødsaft går til spilde.
